  I have difficulty in reading this without thinking that you mean that all &lt;br&gt; PC/Mac users expect product support to be on websites. &lt;br&gt; What about the raft of companies who do support via maillists? Do you think &lt;br&gt; they don&#39;t exist? &lt;br&gt; Have you never explored, eg, the range of lists run on LISTSERV? &lt;br&gt; Do you think the authors of eg MAJORDOMO wrote it without seeing a need?
