Subject: !Missile updated
I am pleased to announce an update to my !Missile application,
which has been responsible for, ooh, minutes of fun.

The update was precipitated by the discovery of a new version of
the launcher, looking exactly the same as the old one, but with
an entirely different control protocol.  Today's version of the
!Missile application controls both the new and the old launcher.

I have taken the opportunity to rewrite the old one so as to
work with both the Castle and Simtec USB stacks in a single
application.  There are also little tidy-ups, for example it
doesn't put sprites into the Wimp sprite pool that it isn't
entitled to.

Please find !Missile on my web site: http://www.apts04.dsl.pipex.com

I am grateful to Neil Fazakerley for lending me his (new type)
missile launcher, and to Ian Elford for lending me his (old
type) missile launcher for development and testing.

Have fun! :-)

Oh, and if you discover yet another incompatible USB missile
launcher: please contact me!  I may be able to incorporate
control for it too.

Dave
