Version 3.4.6r1 of ELF GCC for RISC OS (incorporating binutils
2.16.1) is available from my site:

This is an experimental and unofficial version that supports the
creation of dynamically linked executables and shared libraries
in much the same way as Linux systems. Also available is the
required runtime system (support module, dynamic linker, static
loader) and standard shared libraries (libUnixlib.so, libgcc.so
and libstdc++.so).
