Sine Nomine Software are pleased to announce the release of Impact 3.30, the
first new version of Impact since we took over distribution of the software
from CJE Micro's in September.
Impact is an easy to use relational database for RISC OS, with powerful
reports, scripting language and other advanced features.
The main improvement in the new version is a big overhaul of tables. You can
choose the font and the size to be used for the display, and to hide or
reveal individual columns. Perhaps the fieldmap you have chosen doesn't have
the fields in the order you require for the table? Just drag the columns to
where you want them! Columns can also be resized either manually or
automatically to fit the data displayed. Printing tables is now easier, with
a new print dialogue box allowing you to change the settings and control how
many pages will be printed.
The accompanying label printing software, LabPrint, has been enhanced to
allow text and images to be printed sideways on the labels.

Upgrades from recent versions (3.27 onwards) cost GBP8 for a download-only
upgrade, or GBP10 for a CD including postage. Upgrades from older versions are
