A brilliant group weekend in the High Mountains of Scotland. The
weather was quite kind, good views for much of the time although on
the Ben Nevis summit rather cold and very low cloud base.
A sincere thank you to Andrew for organising the weekend, the
accommodatioin at Inchree which was excellent, and leasding two
amazing walks!! Firstly Ben Nevis where we were joined by a cast of
thousands, a thank you too, to Nigel and Sam for leading the group on
the ' ridge section '. Sunday a 12.5 mile ridge walk at a brisk
pace !! with fantastic views all around, and a ' river ' crossing
without a bridge !!! great fun, and just one or two midges for company
at the lower levels.
A special thank you to the ' TEAM ' who spent many hours preparing
lots of delicious the eats in the lodge.
