Hi all,

We're looking for someone to help us with various coding work over the
next few months. You'll need to be comfortable coding in Python, with
experience of C/C++, HTML, Javascript, PHP, Java an advantage. We work
mainly on enterprise search, but it's not essential that you have prior
experience of this area. Most of the code we write is under an open
source license. The job would be on a contract basis and you could work
off-site and part-time if necessary.

I saw a poster today for http://www.flexjex.com I don't know if this
approach would work for you but it's an idea.
