Complaint

UK Government is braking the law 
  Is it not the case that the main reason Wrexham can not reach the WHQS is because a third of rent receipts have to be paid back to Westminster in the so called “housing subsidy” which is an approximation of the amount the government has paid out in housing benefit. Assembley cash boost
