i have remarked for a long time that the housing stock shall indeed
fall into housing assocations hands,i belive the WAG standards which
the council say they can not meet, due to lack of money, i am wondering
if our own welsh assembley government and central government have set
these standards,so our own council will fail, to achive the above
mentioned, flinshire and wrexham could see an increase in social
housing, clwyd alyn have announced it will be investing its £12
million in to social housing, this money has come from our own welsh
assembley, indeed it appears they may share the same christmas office
ball if u no what i mean, why does the welsh assembley government give
this money to the council for vast improvements to meet the wag
standards, We are knocking but the door is shut and i fear a complete
takeover, behind closed doos i shall be looking wich way to go on this
matter, surleywe have seen back handed methods being used, sure its
called the Politics method, do not question our ability or judgement,
i will never vote for the welsh assembley again, and indeed we need
to go back to old labour methods. why has wag given £12 million and
more to RSL work it out for yourselfs.

Seems that there is money for all kinds. Someone comk transfere around
the other day measuring for a new front and back door for my property,
a nice new carpark is being built right next to the recently
refurbished council offices. There is scaffolding all over the place,
not sure what that is for, Seen the article about the 12
million, rather ironic really. I am becoming ever more convinced that
our estate is being run in to the ground, I heard a rumour today that
phase four of the Caia Partnership may not go ahead now, the youth
clubs recent closure, Caia Nursery and older peoples centre,
sure, possible closure of the threatened closure of the Venture
playground. How much longer is it before the only council
organisations are the underfunded schools in our area. Funding and
iniatives aimed at the regeneration of this area are in a constant
flux, politics and terroritarial natures have caused confusion and a
lack of communication fromoff our established community leaders, bit
like this sight. So what will happen when all council housing is sold,
will we as tennants really benefit??????????? How will we benefit and
who will fund our much needed community regeneration
inniatives???????/ You say to work it out for yourselves but I can't,
when I entered in to this debate it was in the hope that this would
set the standards for community consultation allowing me the ability
to make an informed choice on what my response should be. Unfortunatly
I feel that this oppertunity has gone as I grow ever more opposed to
any form of stock transfer, unfortunatly this is not an educated
decision based on the facts provided by them in the know, but a
decision based on the fact that if it goes wrong there is no going
back.
So as I get of for now I leave you with one more question and ask the
indepedent advisors, exactly how independent you are, and what
information and relevant organisations-web sights there are out there,
that are either supportive or in opposition of future partial and full
scale stock transfer
With regards to a car park been made, mmm i have an idea, look at
files, this is what i shall be forced to do,rather than live in a
housing assocation house ever again in my life.
