Subject: Complaint
I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the current attitude
of open communities. I feel that the current removal of alternitive
sights is contrary to freedom of information and what I considered to
be the ethos of discussion. I formally request that all links are
reinstated, I am aware that you were invited to join the other NEW
DISCUSSION SIGHT. It is becoming ever more obvious that this sight is
not about discussion (NO ONE REPLIES). I would be gratefull if you
could upload a copy of the relevant complaint procedures and details
of who will hear these complaints.

I have not kept copies of this current debate forum so would be
gratefull if you could forward me details of what has been removed,
including full details, as to exactly what information is elligible
for this sight.

I once again request that Yourselves, Communities First and all
Partners involved is this project reconsider your policy of silence.
Please answer my previous questions as I feel that in this point in
time I am openly being excluded from this discussion and that this
consultation is being delivered in such a way that is innappropriate
and miss leading.

As I am aware you seem to struggle with using this form of media, you
can either e mail me or request my contact details from Garry Jones,
Caia Park Communities First.

I have one further question, relevant to my complaint, Can I ask
exactly who is considerd responsible for this decision and in what way
did it look like the other site was associated with Open Communities.

Subject: Re: Complaint

so rather than reply to either my complaint or questions you have
removed even more of the information i have posted, i am not sure if
you are aware how difficult i found it to research this subject or
figure out how to post them. I also find ity difficult to understand
your current decision to vet both comments and members, so much for
free speech. Can I ask if you kept a copy of the posts that you have
removed as I have been using this information over a period of time to
better educate myself on this subject????????

I eagerly await your response to my earlier complaint and questions.

Re formal complaint

We require the postal address of the complainant so we can forward our
formal 'Complaints Form' which needs to be completed and returned -
you can provide this by post or e-mail.  This discussion forum will be
out of use until the complaint has gone through our formal complaints
procedure.

Regards

Jamie Martin
Director
