Subject: survey
Well it was nice to find something out for a change. Two people I know
have had there survey through the door. One wasn't to sure what it was
about though and thought it was for some firm in Liverpool. Nice to
see the website advertised at last and perhaps this will generate more
of a debate.

It seems a fair comment that the overall picture is that the council
can not meet the welsh housing standards, but what happens next? When
are the council going to be prepared to put forward an official
statement? What have our local councilors and the advisory panel got
to say? So far this debate has been one sided and I feel that it is
time some effort is put in. Surely someone could of published some
info on here with a copy of the questionaire, plus the free phone
number once again encouraging people to question what happens next and
the purpose of this project. Surely someone has something to say.

What is this info going to be used for and what will it result in I
feel are fair questions that need some form of answer, so far though I
feel that there is a lack ofr info for those that do not understand
what this is about. As such I feel many will bypass this oppertunity
from a lack of understanding and at the moment feel that there is
little out there in the way of furnishing facts and education.
Hopefully others will take the oppertunity to use this forum as an
arena for debate and then someone might take the time to answer some
of the questions already asked. If not then please let me know that
this is not the purpose of this sight, because I would like to see
everyone involved declare their position and stake in this, because I
for one feel that it is innappropriate for the council to simply turn
aroun and say sorry but your housing is inadequate but we are skint.

This is a political and economical debate that many of us do not
understand but it is our housing and estate that is at risk. Surely
someone can break down this in to plain English and our community
leaders must have something to say. I definetly feel the questionaire
needs explaining and can not quite understand how confidential
questionaires can result in someone winning a prize.

Subject: Re: survey

well I got surveyed today, It has reinforced my point of view that
there is a lack of information. It would of been nice to have some of
my questions answered. Can I ask who is conducting the survey, I was
under the impression that it was going to be Newi students and that
independents had to do it as there was a need for independence from
the council in regard to stock transfer. I would appreciate some
clarification on this point.
