Subject: 30 & 50 year forcast housing assocations
been looking at reports [various] with recards to the financel 30 & 50
year plan,[as set out by wag],for housing assocations to secure more
funding and indeed to secure future takeover of the council stock, when
i read these reports, im seeing more captalism methods being used to
look good for the auditors and various bodies, with a partial economic
crisis at the moment with housing sales it is a very good time to buy
at a reduced rate,it seems perhaps the money given by WAG to a housing
assocation may well be used,as seen in acton [RSL],some one has played
Monopoly.instead of getting the housing stock they own allready TO
WHSQ,they seem to spending the money else where, i see coruption at
all level of this central government etclook at files
