Email deliverability advice needed

Can anyone give me any advice on email deliverability? A friend of mine is finding that emails from their domain often get spam filtered by gmail, yahoo, etc. The messages themselves don't look that dodgy to my eyes. I'm wondering if the domain has built up a bad reputation, or their email server is somehow configured dodgily...... more »
