tab layout vs template in the menu, how to change back?

back is to upgrade from template to layout. if your blog has classic template

i'm not having a problem, but...
the blog doctor [email address] blogger-help-publishing the xml file is not
meant to be copied and pasted from. you have to go to settings---->basic---->
blog tools---->import and select that file and import posts. if you want to
recover a photo login to picasawebalbums with same account as blogger ...
