I am still trying to get help assigning these two custom domains to
one blog

www.katieandkip.com
www.kipandkatie.com

I have gone into Google apps, signed in as administrator and followed
the first step which is disabling the service.  I assume the service
in question would be "site".  This is now disabled.

How then do you "enable" this once again?  The service drop down menu
does not contain the option for "site" anymore.

Or, am I supposed to disable everything to do with that domain?
Email? Chat? Calendar? Mobile?

The bottom line.  I can get each individual custom domain to work fine
with the blog - individually, so clearly the DNS and Cname assignments
are correct for both.

What I still can't do is get them both directing to the same blog.

PLEASE HELP!

There is nothing in any of the Blogger Status that directly deals with
this issue, no has anyone provided specific instructions for this.
All I get is a link to general instructions for assigning a single
custom domain, not two.

I WOULD PAY SOMEONE TO HELP.  PLEASE.
