Me here too since yesterday.

 I noted that the special code word at the bottom of the publishing
page doesn't have any code for you to verify the post and I suspect
that's the reason why it's not not fully published to the main page.

I worked long hours last night to put up a video only to discover
Blogger wouldn't let me post.
