I have a domain name which contains an international character "ü" in
its name. It's a .ch domain, which supports IDN.

In the Blogger Setup field for the ftp.domain, it claims I have an
invalid URL in the field... :-(

How can I ftp-publish to an international domain name which contains
"ü" as a character?
