[posted this before but seems to have disappeared -- thanks for any
help:]

I want our group to be able to have our own URL on which each person
blogs using the same template.  One of the main components would be
links back to our main site, and these links would be the same in each
sidebar -- already set up as part of the template.  How do I do this
without individually adding each link each time?  Thanks so much.
