At the moment i have very limited functionality on the site, when i
goto the dashboard i have no ability to alter the links on the right
hand side in fact no ability to alter the layout of the of the blog
period. THe dashboard has three tabs new posts, edit posts, settings

In the posting section there is create, edit, posting and that is it.
In the settings sections there is only posting options & mobile

It appears i have literally the most basic editing functions in the
dashboard apart from literally posting the content you see on the
site.

Ask the Admin.to change your status to Administrator.
