Adam, excellent and thanks for offering to help.
State of play is that Google are offering the location, wifi,
whiteboards, projectors in four of the five rooms (possibly in the 5th
too but can't promise), tea and coffee facilities.
Asked one big government IT provider to provide T-shirts, they will
confirm or decline tomorrow.
Emma M has offered to sort badges out.
So, at my guess, that leaves us with:
signage
extra sockets and leads
sponsor for lunch
sponsor for evening event if people want that (guessing yes but will
take the temperature on that one)
pens
soft drinks /snacks
I've been to Google a few times but not knowingly seen the rooms they
are offering. Am waiting on a day/time to go check them out (my
contact is based in Belgium).
Have I missed anything?
How can/do you want to help?
Anyone else offering to assist in the organisation?
