From the wiki page, it appears I was the second person/first So, perhaps I can: I assume everyone who's volunteered is on this list; Firstly, I guess a lot depends on the venue: I've not been to GoogleUK, So, from the wiki... • food - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks for the two days • drink - cold, hot, soft, hard - wine for \"geek dinners\" I know • wifi - hopefully the location will be able to provide this too. • goodies - as is customary at barcamps, at least T-shirts for all • entertainment - maybe some sort of social event on the Saturday Photo Non-tech With coffee/tea, we should also remember about water (still and We should probably add in Tables and chairs Suggest this be done ~after~ a reccy, and preferably, the Name badges - Emma M and Stimulation Ltd will supply name badges and We could probably also do with some SIGNAGE : from the tube station and Thoughts, a
non-organizer-type to volunteer. And no-one else has kicked things off,
that I've seen.
i'm not one for cross-posting really.
so don't know what it's like: perhaps a reccy might be useful, for us to
plan something/plot/scheme/design layout, yes? (most mornings are bad
for me, afternoons/evenings do-able, although i do have some evening
meetings on Wednesdays and Thursdays).
