i personally feel the mayor was as she was found guilty of
misappropriating the gift cards donated to the needy.
first: after 911 safety was added to city hall. i don't believe anyone
without an appointment got into city hall without an appointment with
someone nor handed over a envelope full of gift cards to just anyone.
