Hello AT Experimenters,
Welcome to our new group!
Everyone has something to contribute here, whether or not you have
experience of the Alexander Technique. No-one has to post, but I would like
to encourage you to ask questions or present your own ideas, or what you've
noticed about your process of learning.
If you'd like to, introduce yourself and mention something you've been
learning, and something you'd like to get from AT-Experiments. For example:
About Me
I'm Nick Mellor, list owner for AT-Experiments. I've been teaching the
Alexander Technique for four years. I live in the Lake District, UK. I've
been learning how to build dry stone walls and how to be a parent. (Sam was
born on 11th May 2006!) I'm interested in hearing about activities and
experiments that can be done with groups of people.
Female Co-owner?
If any of our women members are interested in being a co-owner for this
group, please get in touch privately (just press Reply and send me a
message.)
Suggestions
As the list owner, I'm at your service. Please ask, suggest, insist and I
will do my best to make things happen.
Current Membership
Our membership's currently 33, which is a good response to such a new group.
With warmest wishes,
Nick Mellor
