I recall i did need to be rather psor-severe to see the broccoli
cruciferous veggie (CV'ss) difference.
Then....
Seemingly like a halo of healing of a few percent that lasted
a few days at best after eating broccoli....
Like your curry experience i'm SURE. LOL
Then again it could have been NAC from CV's which you know how i feel
