Nice collection -- I don't remember seeing it before. Keep it, it's a portion of historical archives. The important thing with historical archives is to be accurate/available, and the accuracy/availability doesn't depend on whether people named in it are dead or not.

AFAIR, the Lerma case was his last case. He lost the Washington Post section of the case after a few days, and his "win" (2500$) in the Lerma section made a laughing stock of his client.
