Yes.

That sounds right. Digging it out, yes thats the date on it.

The book is written with the main emphasis on COFF in Unix systems.

Not very current, Unix using COFF is pretty old school.

I found it useful at the time. At the time, there was virtually
nothing for docs out there, there probably is more out now.
If you are doing an OS that looks vaguely like Unix and doing
COFF, it could be useful. If you are trying to do something
pretty foreign to Unix, it may not be too useful to you.
