(after 12 hours, I don't see my post showing up so I'm re-posting - I'd like to set up my wife's computer so she can sing (and possibly I researched this a few weeks ago (on Google), but instead of I'm comfortable setting up the microphone and software, but I could One other thing - My wife is Chinese, but her Windows XP OS is US English. formats, etc. Cheap is good. Free is really good (but not Warez, pls).
Karaoke applications I previously looked into supposedly ran only on a
Chinese language (CHT) version of Windows. Either that, or maybe the
entire UI was in Chinese Traditional - it was a while back, and I'm
not sure anymore.
time to show her how to use the application. Chinese computer terms
aren't very meaningful to her, and I can't read any of it, so I end up
saying things like "OK, well, on this menu, isn't there *something*
that says 'go' or 'play' or anything like that? No? Are you sure?
Hmmm."
