There is no such brand to be found amongst the repertory of Swiss
Brands I have. There are similar brands:
Orion / Brandt &Hoffmann, see Welta and Orion SA
Orisa, Orisal, Orisco, Orista / see Oris

It must be a Private Label brand used by some foreign importer.
