10 Commercial Jingles We Can't Forget

Man, those FreeCreditReport.com jingles can be pretty annoying. But the thing
is -- and we hate to admit this -- they're also kind of catchy. Though
classic-rock hits have nudged out original jingles as the primary musical
vehicle for selling stuff, the very best advertising songs are synonymous
with their products -- and have become burned into our brains. Here are our
favorite commercial tunes throughout the years:

.................

This list includes video of "I Am Stuck On Band-Aid" where they give Barry
writing credit.  And for you young'uns who've never see it they also include
"You Deserve A Break Today" (McDonald's) where they don't give him singing
credit.

What is interesting here is that two of Barry's jingles have had
long spans. The Band Aid and State Farm jingles, although now have
different versions than the original jingles, still are played,
whereas other jingles and products had a short shelf life. Barry
should be credited with having good melodies in both State Farm and
Band Aid jingles that just sell the product so well. Marvin
