I'm doing this treatment at my Dermatoligist and its really short
bursts building up to 5- 7 minutes of full power Not sure if tanning
booth is the "narrow band" UV like the Doc is using . I think the D
is a factor but also since its "whole body" I think it's holistic in
its affect. Plus with winter coming on, might help me beat the cold

Do you attribute this to the vitamin D stimulation from the UV light?
The reason I ask is because vitamin D supplementation has helped my
spondylitis tremendously and I've been wondering if going to a tanning
booth would be even better...
