Hey Ami,

The topic is great! I'm not sure who wrote specifically about the social
aspects of knowledge transfer. Takeuchi and Nonaka have written a great deal
about knowledge management though. Maybe their materials are a good start
for your research.

Success! Hubert

hi Amitoj,

If you are not very skicky to this topic, I would like you to look for
the topics on social networking in this era of internet and it's
impact on our day-to-day social life. There you can bring in agile
aspect of software development on how these sites are built. As I
understand most of social networking (web 2.0) site started with a
small idea and evolved over the time. Most of the site started with
agile development and later on bigger level after they got VC funding.
read wikipedia for Social networking and Web 2.0 for your initial head
start to familarity with the topic.

good luck.

-dinesh.
