of the no wind conditions to the west and Skye in particular.

I too received a call last week from David Vardy requesting support.

I wrote to the Aberdeenshire Council first time round and David is
attempting to raise support against the appeal.

Excellent letter Simon.

A couple of minor points: when you mention access, hang gliding is misspelt.

The 'Tarland Valley' - there are no valleys in highland Scotland; a more accurate description would be Strath Dee, of which Tarland is a part.

Here is the objection letter I will send on a personal basis regarding the
windfarm on Pressendye.
Anyone having comments please let me know by Monday evening.

An objection letter was sent by the club for the original planning
application, however before we did this we confirmed that the laird's land

Had a look at a internet broker called Lifesearch [link]
last year. If I remember correctly they quoted £36/month for a 10 year
level term £100K.
Just phone them though and be very clear what you are proposing ie XC,
comps uk abroad etc.
Didn't take it up in the end myself for other reasons.

tried with the company I am with now and they were not really
interested. I am afraid the list of activities I partake in are all

SHPF Gathering

Here is some info on the 2009 SHPF Gathering, which follows a similar format
to 2009.

Saturday will be reserve deployment, repacking, AGM and an evening talk
