No worries Paolo, glad you got a lift sorted.

With regards to the possibility of flying at the weekend, there may be
a window from early tommorrow morning till perhaps lunchtime where the
wind will light, N then NE continuing to strengthen. Sunday not
looking good at the moment.

So if you are up early after a snore free night then you may get some

Hi Paolo,

I intend to head down to Clova around lunchtime tommorrow and can call
past Banchory if you and Cath need a lift. Will just have Mac the Dog
so there will be plenty of space in the Cayenne. Mac likes to sit on
folk's knees (apart from Bob who he growled and barked at! Who can
blame him...)

Hi there,

I was about to head down to the Glen with Scott "The Vet", but, seams like he changed his mind and will be heading down cycling! he will not tempt me with that.

So, is any charitable sould around that will be heading out from Aberdeen, or that will pass through Banchory, and head to Clova via Ken O Mount??

Could anyone with a trophy please bring it to Clova at the weekend so it can
be handed on to this year's worthy recipitant.

By the way Lu and I are going to be there late Friday as well as Saturday.
Anyone else coming ... Duncan reckons he won't be able to stay the night so
there's plenty of bunkspace available rather than space around a bunk :)

Fantastic Winter Flying, mmmm

Hi all,

Took a punt this afternoon and went to have a float at Knock of
Formal.
Got there just after the leading edge of the front went over, so cold
with no sun. Took off and had a 20 min float getting to a massive 209
feet in a bit of what felt wavey, and chickening out with the
increasing wind.

Scott et al,

Please add Lu and myself for both nights: we are going to a gig in Edinburgh
that Friday but will probably head back up to Clova for that night. Not sure
what time we will get there so maybe book us into one of the 4 berth rooms
(good excuse). Then both of us for Saturday night as well.

Lu has offered a harp lesson to your wife if you want to add that as a
sweetener: "How about a weekend in Glen Clova with a harpist to give you a
