Ok i have a question its about an adult toy. please and thank you?

adult toy have any of you used a vibe that plugs in? i got one and i just used it last night and now i have a small blister looking thing well maybe it looks like a pimple i guess. and i know its not an std or anything i havent been with anyone . adult toy  the only thing i could think of is its from using the vibe. has anyone else had this? and i was told by one of my friends that vibes can cause nerve damage is this true? adult toy   please and thank you
