Hello,

Am new here and new in general to website building and adsense. I'm
trying to insert the HTML code for an adsense into my website builder
and i get a message saying, "you are not able to insert javascript".
What should I do?

You would need to ask your web host if there is some way to insert
javascript into your page(s).  They may have a support/help center
that will tell you.  If your web host doesn't support javascript, then
you cannot display Adsense ads.

My website builder that is provided by my host doesn't allow inserting
javascript into HTML. Is there any other code that I can use for
adsense that you provide or that I can change on my own?

No; Adsense relies on Javascript.  It's how it gets the contextual
ads.
