As AdSensePro Ashley said earlier, this is a known issue and we did
indeed look into it. In fact, your quick reports in this forum were
very helpful to our team.
So what happened? The exchange rate from USD to some local currencies
is displaying in accounts incorrectly as 1:1 for payments issued on
September 23.
The good news is that the payments themselves are unaffected. Your
payment has been issued with the correct exchange rate and should
arrive in the normal time frame.
We thank you so much for your patience as we sort this out, and we
apologize for any inconvenience (or temporary panic) this may have
caused.

Thank you Jennifer & rest of you at Google,
This is the first time my maiden adsense payment was due and the
payment page shocked me to the extent of thinking to abandon all
Adsense ads from my career blog: http://careerquips.blogspot.com/.
