Thanks for clarifying this, Jennifer. I wish to place some image-only
ads in my blog, and that isn't possible without setting up a channel.
Please let me know ASAP when this is resolved. Thank you :)

My account was disqualified because my blog on blogspot was still new.
I am not able to apply for a new adsense account now because it
complains that it was disqualified. While accessing it directly, it
still lets me apply but not for blogspot.
Can anyone help with that. I don't want to use a different google
account.
I tried to setting up an AdSense account and got the error("URL
cannot contain a Google host")
Thank you for letting us know that Google is aware of this problem. I
did want to know when the problem will be corrected? 2 days? more?
So my site: http://saabsafety.googlepages.com/home ) is allowed to
have AdSense?
Thank you for your help!

Thanks Jennifer I came with last hopes of using ad sense I'm relieved
seeing this update of yours. I hope you guys fix up the issue soon.
Its a sigh of relief but still I want you guys to help us out soon.
Thanks Jennifer.
yeah now they seem to have problems with hosting ads on a blogspot
account but they are working on it and will fix it up soon according
to the latest updates so we need to wait.
Channels are used to track performance and revenue .Channels have no
effect on your earnings or ad targeting . You can still add ad Sense
ads to you blogger blogs and Google pages . It is just that you will
not be able to track the performance of your website.
Please read Ad Sense Help , the channel Section .
