Up to and so far, this has been all David's work with this board for
posting our suggestions for changes on unreleased sheets. Given how
much work he has put into the sheets, I could understand if he didn't
want to "open source" them.
On the other hand, I'm sure he'd give a thought out reply to
suggestions of change.
