Propalms Servers working fine but show server status offline
Hey all, I'm trying to work out how propalms handles its checks to see if servers and roles are running. I've got servers in a farm which have decided to report themselves as offline but work perfectly fine, so I am assuming its permissions to update role status somewhere. anyone know where I should start looking before I get annoyed enough... more »

Display issues
We have a couple of users here running at a higher display,1280x1024. When they work within an application and then minimize it they are getting a double set of scrollbars on the right side and the bottom. At least that is what it looks like to them in Excel. What it looks like to me is the application is launching and trying to use more display... more »

The first screenshot shows when the connection is down. The second shows when the connection comes back. And the third shows when it times out... more »

load balancer options
Hy guys, we want to add a new applications server to our Propalms, and we were wondering about the load balancer options. We have 2 old servers dual cpu 2,8 GHz with HT (yes I know, bad idea...), so the load balancer think 4 cpu X 2,8 GHz = 12,2 GHz total. A new X3200 dual cpu 2,2 GHz and no HT will be seen 2 X 2,2 GHz = 4,4 GHz, so the load balancer... more »

Server going off line
Monday last week (July 20th) as people were trying to log on to our app via Propalms they were getting the following screen: “an error occurred while launching the application. The Propalms TSE System is not up and running as yet. Please try again later.” I rebooted the 2003 (32 bit) servers and everything worked fine,... more »
