We have received good news from Call2call!
Apparently they have made over 150 price reductions.
In particular, they have emphasized the following rates available.
"You can call anyone in India (all landlines and mobile networks)
for just 1.5p per minute, using the 0844 303 0137

We have now added Vonage Vplan 4i into our VoIP database. Note that
this plan includes unlimited calls to India landlines AND mobiles,
subject to Vonage's terms and conditions and a fair usage policy.
