If you have a Cingular 8525 and a Blue Logger gps device, these
instructions got me going so that both Windows Live Search and Google
maps now work great:

It was configuring the outgoing port that had me stymied - didn't know
I had to do that!

By the by, in the GPS mini-program (the one that let's multiple
devices use the device simultaneously), I have the hardware port at
COM 8 but the baud rate at 9600.  Don't know if a different setting
would work, just thought I'd pass that along.
