Subject: The History of Interim Management
I understand Interim Management started in the Netherlands during the
1970s. It provided high calibre individuals on short term contracts,
as an alternative to employees who enjoyed long notice periods and
excellent severance terms.
What is your earliest experience of interim management? I am
particularly looking for documentary evidence of those early days.
When did it actually start? Who was involved and how successful was it?
