I am so sorry to see that the web cam is longer functional due to the
opwners leaving the area. I am an ex Boltonian, who lived in Burnley
for 4 very happy years and then moved to South Africa. I now live in
Meadville Pennsylvania and have my own metallurgical  consulting
business (www.pyemet.com)
It was most enjoyable for me to see Pendle Hill, see the weather,
watch the cows in the field. I also used to fly from Blackpool and
Fylde Aero Club and flew many many times over Pendle on the way to
Burnley. I also used to go past Pendle from Burnley every Saturday
night to play at Stirk House at Gisburn
